Warranty period and product service life
During the warranty period, in the event of a defect (deviation from the parameters and characteristics specified in the operating instructions for the product), the consumer has the right to free technical service and repair the defect in the product. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product by the end user. The warranty period must be specified in the warranty card. The manufacturer guarantees the possibility of using the product for its intended purpose during the service life, which must be indicated on the packaging or in the accompanying documentation for the product.
Manufacturer’s warranty conditions
The manufacturer’s warranty conditions are specified in the warranty card or in the product’s operating instructions.
The procedure for providing warranty technical service
If there is a defect in the product during the warranty period, it is necessary to contact the Service Center and place an order. The warranty conditions for the product are indicated in the warranty card, we recommend that you carefully familiarize yourself with them and the operating instructions for the product before visiting the Service Center. Not all defects are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty technical service can be provided only for the product specified in the Warranty Card.
To carry out warranty service, it is necessary to provide:
- A clear statement of the product defect (preferably in writing);
- Product with complete set and packaging;
- Warranty card of the established model, in which the brand, model and serial number of the product, name and address of the seller, seal and signature of the seller, full name and signature of the consumer are legibly recorded. We do not accept equipment for warranty service based on the seller’s sales receipt or warranty card of a non-established model!
- A document confirming the fact of purchase of goods.
In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, the Service Center may refuse to provide warranty technical service for the product. Warranty obligations in no way extend to a third party (person) or if the product was used for commercial purposes or for purposes not provided for in the operating instructions for the product.
Warranty maintenance of equipment is performed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
